The term "Bandha" means lock in Sanskrit. At RYP, we practice Bandha to open Sushumna Nadi. This means, we direct the flow of our prana towards the queen of nadi system, Sushumna Nadi.
There are four bandhas – Maha Bandha, Uddiana Bandha, Moola Bandha and Jalandhar Bandha.
These Bandhas are of great help in maintaining the TRIDOSHA - Kapha, Vata and Pita and the three types of nature such as Tamasik, Rajasik, and Satwik.

Asana is meant for the betterment of the human body. It is Iyanger yoga, Sivananda, Ashtanga vinyasa or HathaYoga.

Since discipline plays an important role in this course, we need the students to follow the course routine properly.
We need them to inform us in case of any sickness.
All the students should provide us with emergency contact information.
Yoga learners should tell us if they don't want meals, so that food wastage can be avoided.
Mobile phones are not allowed inside the classes.
Guests are not allowed to stay with students inside the premises of RYP.
Students should not record the Yoga classes.
Since, punctuality is a vital aspect of Yoga training, students won't be allowed to come late to the classes.
